Hackers Getting into An Apple iPhoneHackers have done it again and they are changing the way technology operates again. Figuring out ways to get into different systems of the iPhone like cracking into the system and changing it to another phone system other than AT&T. A George Hultz a 17-year-old student from New Jersey claims that he has cracked into the iPhone system and rewired it to AT&T and other networks. This has made headlines and he has even posted instructions on his blog, http://iphonejtag.blogspot.com how you too can do it. It would be very risky to try this because you could cause much damage to your iPhone or even break it for good. So you have to be very sure of what you doing and have back up iPhones, which is hard in itself to believe with its high prices. Many believe that this is actually maybe a good discovery because some just don’t plain and simple like AT&T network, so having a different one along with their iPhone is an ideal for them. Because of a revenue-sharing agreement between Apple and AT&T, the iPhone operates only on AT&T's network and requires a two-year subscription. For security reasons, Apple allows developers to design programs for the iPhone only through the Web and not directly to the phone. That hasn't stopped programmers from trying. |
